Its installations include auction hall with automated electronic system, cold-, storage-, freezer-, fish handling- and packing rooms, shops, offices, warehouses, E/M installations network and modern biological treatment installation.

Morphologically, the building develops in a central axis, vertical to the sea, with two wings –one on each side of the axis- and an inner atrium.
The main volume of the building is divided by awnings on the openings and small cross walls, made with materials that, apart from their exceptional appearance, also successfully respond to the special environmental conditions.
