KARD Architects participate in this year ECO Week conference in Thessaloniki 2015.Together with Nikos Kehagias from Catalan Institute of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (ICN2) in  Barcelona, Spain

and Ioannis Karatasios (Greece) is researcher  at the Institute of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology of the National Centrefor Scientific Research “Demokritos”, the work group 12 will deal with nanotechnology and design. 
The Work group 12 is  unique interdisciplinary workshop investigating design solutions based oninnovative nanotechnology buildings materials.More specifically we chalenge the forme,values and properties

in one for the oldest sustainable building  material the roofing tile. This workshop is assisted by program STIMULATE ,aiming to stimulate the interest of the general public towards the field of Advanced Materials and their role in the creation of a sustainable future.
