Thesserae project

The Thesserae Business Center envisions a vibrant, contemporary district at Thessaloniki’s west waterfront, blending international business with dynamic urban life. Inspired by the city’s layered history, the design draws on the mosaic as a metaphor—assembling diverse elements into a unified whole.Challenging traditional boundaries, the project introduces a three-dimensional urban fabric where public, semi-public, and private spaces intertwine. Elevated green spaces and a “flyover urban park” at 12 meters create new social landscapes, offering panoramic city views.

Architectural diversity celebrates Thessaloniki’s character: maritime “shipbuilding” forms, suburban “valley buildings,” a startup hub for creatives, and a striking twisted tower landmark engage in dialogue with the historic White Tower.This design not only redefines urban development but also enhances green infrastructure, creating a sustainable, innovative business hub that reflects the city’s past and future.
