Alexander Innovation Zone’s Headquarters

This renovation project transforms a four-story building in the heart of Thessaloniki into a flexible, tech-driven hub for entrepreneurs and start-ups. The design supports collaboration and productivity across distinct zones, with each floor tailored to different needs—from accessible, multipurpose spaces on the ground floor to quiet work areas, team zones, and soundproof meeting rooms above. Custom-made furniture, wall graphics, and material choices reflect the brand identity of the Innovation Zone, with a cohesive palette of greys, blues, and yellows creating a dynamic yet balanced atmosphere. Natural elements soften industrial finishes, while strategic lighting enhances textures and guides movement through the space. The concept revolves around adaptability and interaction: each floor offers a unique micro-environment that encourages focused work, group creativity, or casual networking. Through thoughtful use of color, form, and digital elements, the space embodies the forward-thinking spirit of Thessaloniki’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
