Comprised by three five-floor buildings with pilotis, and basement, and five groups of two-floor detached houses with a panoramic view of the Thermaicos Gulf and eastern Thessaloniki. Large openings guaranteeing the view and visible concrete constitute the morphology of the buildings, offering them a high aesthetic value.
Finely designed shared spaces with multiple entries include playrooms, playground, basketball and tennis court. Respectively, green areas were very carefully developed all over the residential set up, enhancing the feeling of countryside.
